Do you instantly start craving soupy/ noodl-y dishes as soon as the temp drops and it rains?!? Bc same.🥹 Ingredients: * 1/2 box of miso ginger broth (I get this at Trader Joe’s) * 1 pack udon noodles (I use the precooked from the fridge section) * 1 tsp of miso paste (I like white in this) * 1 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tsp gochugaru * 1 tsp togarashi * 2-3 scallions, chopped * Cilantro, chopped * Bok choy (optional) * Chili oil (I love @tigermoms) * 1/2 lime Direction: 1. Cook the udon noodles according to packaged direction. 2. In a pot heat up the broth, add in miso paste, soy sauce, gochugaru, togarashi, half of the scallion. (Leaving some to top off the soup) 3. Bring the broth to a boil, then add the udon noodles. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 4. Take out the soup in a bowl top with bok choy, cilantro, scallions, lime juice, and chili oil. 5. Slurpppp away!!!! Some notes: - You can find all of the ingredients at a Asian grocery store - Soup makes enough for 2, double the recipe if making for more - You can sub another noodle if you can’t find udon- ramen would be great in there too. - You can add any veggies you like to it like: carrots, mushrooms, peppers. - I got the miso paste & gochugaru @wholefoods Udon, noodles, soup, miso, miso soup, udon noodle soup, easy recipe, quick recipe, recipe, meals, dinner inspo, dinner idea, noodle soup, Trader Joe’s, tjs haul, Trader Joe’s fave
