Paneer Bowl Recipe

1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients for paneer. Then place it in the ninja baking sheet that is oiled.
2. In the Ninja deep baking pan, add all the ingredients for rice, mix well. (you can do this stove top).
3. In the Ninja, turn the setting to combi cooker, place both the trays in and cook at 350 for 12-15 minutes. (keep an eye on the paneer, you may have to take it out a bit earlier).
4. While the paneer and rice are cooking, make the salad. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
5. In a blender add all the ingredients for the avocado crema and blend until it’s smooth. Set aside until ready to use.
6. Once the paneer and rice are cooked, Squeeze some lime on the paneer and top with chaat masala.
7. To assemble: add rice, paneer, and the salad. Drizzle over the crema and ENJOY!!
